Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
The referring party (the "Member") must be enrolled in the REE Medical Referral Program (the “Referral Program”) to be eligible for referral rewards.
The member's referrals must request a REE Medical consultation only by utilizing their custom referral URL link and input their personal information in the responding contact form.
Referrals must qualify and pay for services in order for the Member to receive either the $100 cash reward, or to opt to pass along a $100 discount for services to the qualifying referee.
It is not mandatory to be a client of REE Medical to participate as a Referral Program Member.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the Referral Program.
To be eligible for the cash reward, or to pass along the discount, the Member's referrals must pay for services within six months of contacting REE Medical (after March 10th, 2023, when the Referral Program was initiated). Individuals who referred others to REE Medical prior to that date are not eligible unless reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to REE Medical's discretion.
Unlimited Awards
There is no limit to the number of rewards for qualified referred individuals.
For those interested in referring to a greater quantity of individuals, please send an inquiry to outreach@reemedical.com to learn more about our brand ambassador partner program.
